Document input_mode on managed auth fields

the managed auth fields table in auth/programmatic.mdx doesn't mention input_mode, though the API returns it and the SDKs and hosted UI use it. this adds a row saying what it is and that it can be null.

a null on a code field is expected in some cases. single-input fields carry the page's mode, but a code split across several boxes only carries one when the boxes agree. a mismatch is left unset rather than guessed as numeric, since a digits-only keyboard would block alphanumeric codes.

not previewed with mintlify dev; it's a one-row change to an existing markdown table.

Documents input_mode on programmatic managed-auth fields so custom UIs match the API, SDKs, and hosted UI.

The Fields table in auth/programmatic.mdx now includes a row for input_mode: keyboard hints (text, email, tel, numeric) that are separate from type, may be null (including on code fields), and should fall back to a default keyboard when unset.
