💡 What: Replaced format_duration and format_duration_seconds functions (which returned String objects) with zero-allocation tuple structs FmtDuration and FmtDurationSeconds that implement std::fmt::Display.

🎯 Why: The previous helper functions were used inside format! macros in src/ui/mod.rs (which runs every ~500ms). Constructing intermediate Strings on the heap just to be interpolated into another String is slow and wasteful, causing unnecessary memory pressure in the TUI's high-frequency update and render loops.

📊 Impact: Reduces string allocations for duration tracking by entirely eliminating the intermediate allocations. Local isolated micro-benchmarks of this specific formatting path show approximately a 29% speedup in formatting overhead.

🔬 Measurement: Run the application and observe stable playback progress functionality; verified via cargo test, cargo clippy, and manual logic checks.
