Replaced `Paragraph::new(" ".repeat(width))` with an empty `Block::default().style(...)` to paint the striped background in `draw_chassis`. This avoids creating new `String`s of spaces on the heap for every scanline during every frame render, improving TUI performance.

In Ratatui TUI render loops, using
.repeat()to paint background colors creates expensive string heap allocations per scanline on every single frame tick. Using an empty styledBlockallows Ratatui to fill the background native zero allocations, achieving the exact same visual output much more efficiently.📊 Impact:
Eliminates a dynamic string allocation per striped line rendered in the chassis block per frame (approx. 10-15 allocations per frame depending on terminal height). This reduces garbage generation and makes the render loop tighter and smoother.
🔬 Measurement:
Visually, the UI looks identical with the same striped dim styling. This can be verified by running
