I build products and conduct analysis — both grounded in clean data, rigorous validation, and user feedback. At Ayesa / Inditex I deliver insight through GA4, BigQuery, and custom tooling. When tools don't exist, I build them.

What I actually spend commits on, grouped by the problem being solved.
Analytics instrumentation, made inspectable — measurement stacks are opaque until someone documents them. Addocu dumps a whole GA4/GTM property into a Google Sheet; Omnibug-AI and the digital marketing calculator attack the same gap from the browser and the spreadsheet side. Local-first AI tooling — useful AI that never leaves the machine. FindingExcellence PRO is semantic file search running fully on Ollama: FastAPI backend, desktop UI, zero external API calls. Also a macOS build.
Agent infrastructure — MCP servers, LiteLLM routing, and self-hosted agents doing repository operations on my own hardware. Mostly private repos; the pattern is always the same: local models first, cloud only when explicitly asked.
Hardware that talks to software — ajazz-deck, a Linux daemon and CLI that maps an AJAZZ AKP153 macro pad's physical buttons to shell commands from a YAML file.
