Author here — adding QuotaPane, an always-on-top desktop monitor for Claude & Codex subscription quotas. Distinctives vs. the existing monitors: pace ticks and burn-rate forecast-to-reset, both providers in one window, and cosign-signed, provenance-attested releases.
