The end screen names a rank below the podium too - #52

A run that lands fourth or fifth in the table is a new entry: the score already pulsed gold for it, but the rank digit above was only drawn for the top three, so the celebration looked half finished. The digit now appears for every table rank, in the podium colours for the top three and in the ship's body cyan below. A host test seeds a saved podium of three, ends a 500-point run, and finds the four segment quads of a cyan "4" above the score. 156 tests; the README follows.
