Add a Cursor plugin manifest for the Cursor marketplace - #43

Cursor plugins reuse the same skills/ layout, so the existing skills ship to Cursor without changes once the repo carries a Cursor manifest. Add .cursor-plugin/plugin.json as "joompulse". It keeps the version and repository of the Claude plugin, since it ships the same skills, and points its homepage at joompulse.com. No logo yet: Cursor review rejects a manifest that references a missing file, so it is added once the brand asset is committed. Add a root mcp.json for the JoomPulse connector. Cursor discovers mcp.json, not .mcp.json, and infers the transport from url, so the entry has no "type". Cursor handles the OAuth sign-in itself. Extend check-manifests.sh so CI catches the two drifts this introduces: the Cursor manifest's version or repository diverging from plugin.json, and .mcp.json and mcp.json pointing at different servers. Document Cursor install, MCP sign-in and local testing in the README, which the Cursor review checklist requires. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
