- Windsurf 已更名 Devin Desktop：重写 README，改为 Devin Local、Code/Plan/Ask 模式、.devin/rules 规则、Hooks、Workflows/Skills、Agent Command Center、价格等；模板改为 .devin/rules 用法 - Cursor：Composer 面板改为 Agent 面板，规则必须为 .mdc 及四种规则类型，移除 Notepads、cursor-small、Resync Index 等过时内容，补充 Skills/Subagents/Hooks、Cursor Router、2026 新功能及 SpaceX 收购 - Copilot：MCP 改用 .vscode/mcp.json，Chat Modes 改为自定义 Agent（.agent.md），更新快捷键、AI Credits 计费与套餐、内容排除对 Agent 模式无效等说明，移除无依据的截断说法
