agent-hooks v0.15.1

Vendored from jfrog-agent-hooks/v0.15.1 of
JFROG/jfrog-agent-hooks
(GHES).

What changed

  • A shipped example key that Artifactory answers with HTTP 400 is missing, and the session removes it. Some servers use 400, not 404, when that repository does not exist.
  • A 400 on any other key is kept, including a hand-edited file that uses the same name.
  • The example-key check is taken before the lookup, so a concurrent edit cannot put the missing key back.
  • The admin guide on this branch documents that cleanup.

Reviewed: vendored modules match jfrog-agent-hooks/v0.15.1 byte-for-byte (only the expected version stamp in jf-user-agent.mjs differs); unit tests at the tag pass (823 pass, 0 fail); checks green.
