…inty checks; pin QA tools exactly - Count::validateValue: nested decision tree, each option tested once per path (behavior unchanged, covered by existing tests) — resolves notIdentical.alwaysTrue false positives under PHPStan 2.2 - composer.json: exact pins phpunit 10.5.63, phpstan 2.1.56, phpcs 3.13.5 (no tracked lock -> unpinned constraints let CI drift to latest tools; Dependabot delivers controlled bump PRs)
