Update DNS SRV documentation

Move documentation for DNS SRV from Unregistered Servers to its own page.
Expand the DNS SRV page.
Add references to the new page from the Running a Server and Unregistered Servers pages.

OK, I've reorganised the DNS SRV page to eliminate redundancy and provide a more logical order of presentation.

Hopefully it might conceivably pass muster!

I received an email Alert from Weblate with a merge failure due to a conflict in a .po file.

I don't know enough about Weblate to know how safely to fix this, nor how I could have avoided it before merging this PR.

Any ideas @gilgongo @ignotus666 @pljones?

@softins from what I gather here there was a problem with a couple of Korean .po files. There are instructions there on how to fix conflicts but it's not something I've come across before - the usual problem has been merging a change to EN docs while there's an active Weblate PR, but this isn't the case here...

I think I have solved it and updated the upstream and weblate repos accordingly. Time will tell! Weblate seems to have unlocked successfully, anyway.
