Fix linearLikeSteps with exponential scaling for perceptually linear zoom progression

The linearLikeSteps algorithm used a sigmoid-like curve that failed to create perceptually linear zoom steps. Zoom is perceived logarithmically—equal significance requires exponential spacing.

Changes

• Replaced broken sigmoid formula with exponential scaling: Changed from 2 * (targetZoom^exp / (targetZoom^exp + (2-targetZoom)^exp)) to (4^targetZoom - 1) / 3
• Base value of 4.0: Provides balanced distribution (50% scroll → 33% max zoom)
• Added guard condition: Check targetZoom > 0.0 before applying transformation
