🎯 What: Redesigns the desktop React UI (ChatPanel, MessageBubble, ToolCallCard) to adopt a cleaner, flatter, left-aligned layout matching the aesthetic requested by the user (similar to Codex Desktop/Claude Desktop).
💡 Why: To improve the user experience by reducing clutter, eliminating "iMessage-style" chat bubbles, and presenting information in a thread-like, professional IDE style.
✅ Verification: Tested via Playwright UI screenshot validation and ran the test suite (pnpm run test and pnpm run lint) to ensure no logical regressions.
✨ Result: A cleaner, minimalist chat interface.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 7482664884909909232 started by @iotserver24

- Redesigned `ChatPanel` input block to be flat and borderless
- Updated `MessageBubble` to left-aligned with small avatar icons (U/X)
- Streamlined `ToolCallCard` to a clean text-based indented view
- Removed rounded box styling in favor of modern minimalist spacing
