• build(deps): bump react and @types/react #9160 (react / @types/react) — same skip as build(deps): dependency updates 20260811 #9190; React is coupled to the RN tree, and Other e2e failed on that PR.
• build(deps): bump simplecov from 1.0.3 to 1.1.1 in /packages/app/__tests__ #9204 (simplecov in /packages/app/__tests__) — that Gemfile is gone. Coverage gems live in the root Gemfile now, and Gemfile.lock already has simplecov 1.1.1. The PR is also conflicting, stale, and its conventional-commit check failed because the PR title did not match the commit subject.
