chore: restore the advisory references in the security-fix records - #888

The records resolved by the security drain went out in v0.13.4 with their advisory ids and reproductions withheld until the advisories published. They are published now, so each record gets its full text back. One record keeps the resolution line it gained on main after the redaction. Assisted-by: Claude:claude-opus-5-5

v0.13.4 shipped the fixes for 17 privately reported security issues. Until their advisories were public, the issue records that describe those fixes went out with the advisory ids and reproductions withheld. All 17 advisories are now published with 0.13.4 as the patched version, so this change gives the records their full text back.
