Thank your for your Pull Request. The beads approach is quite interesting. I am trying it out on a few projects to test it.
I noticed that there are duplicate files here. There is a spec-driven-with-beads folder inside the spec-driven-with-beads schema folder. Can you please check? If you delete what we do not need we may be able to merge this PR.

Adds spec-driven-with-beads schema for using Beads (bd) as the task backend in OpenSpec workflows.
