Move WorkManager observation from viewLifecycleOwner into viewModelScope using getWorkInfoByIdFlow so the upload state continues to be tracked after Fragment view is destroyed and recreated on rotation. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
