Description
Changes fall into 2 main catagories:
Those needed for airgap to work
Those needed to separate out AI Service and MAS
For AI Service we have had to introduce an Image Tag Mirror Set due to opendatahub not supporting digests.
Test Results
Ran an AI Service airgap test
