This bumps the
godirective from 1.26.7 to 1.27.3, the latest Go release, ingo.modandtools/go.mod. CI reads the version fromgo.modthroughgo-version-file, so no workflow change is needed.go mod tidyandgo mod vendormade no other changes for either module.Checked locally with go1.27.3:
