The api repository renamed api/ to happyview-modules/ (hypercerts-org/api#45), so docs generation failed with a 404 on api/CHANGELOG.md.

Summary
Docs generation fails on
main(the nightly external docs refresh since 2026-11-02, and every PR build) with:hypercerts-org/api#45 renamed the
api/folder tohappyview-modules/, so the changelog moved tohappyview-modules/CHANGELOG.md. This updates the path indocs-sources.ymland the two tests that assert it.The release tag prefix stays
@hypercerts-org/hypercerts-api@: the API's latest release is still@hypercerts-org/hypercerts-api@0.2.0. When hypercerts-org/api#44 releases@hypercerts-org/happyview-modules@0.3.0, the prefix must change to@hypercerts-org/happyview-modules@at the same time, or generation fails on the tag format.pnpm testpasses (81 tests), andnode lib/generate-external-docs-manifest.jsfetches all five external sources again.
