docs: name the happyview-modules changelog after the renamed package - #49

The heading still said @hypercerts-org/hypercerts-api, the name before #45. The docs site shows it as the title of the Hypercerts API release page.

The first line of
happyview-modules/CHANGELOG.mdstill read# @hypercerts-org/hypercerts-api, the package name before #45. Changesets keeps an existing heading, so the rename did not change it. The docs site renders this file as the Hypercerts API release page, whose title therefore showed the old name.Only the heading changes; the release entries keep the old name where it was the name at the time. No changeset: nothing a package ships changes.
