We came across some resources with multiple licenses (e.g., this recently published resource) that was causing a
ValidationErrorwhen attempting to load the resource withhsclient.This PR relaxes the requirements for the
RightsandRightsInRDFfields in our Pydantic model to handle this edge cases.
