Cloudflare Pages serves directory pages at URLs ending in a slash. Match downloads and return-page canonicals to those final URLs, and use the final downloads URL in the sitemap, software metadata, internal links, and AI documentation.
Declare the public site's AI search, retrieval, and training permissions explicitly through Content-Signal in robots.txt and response headers.
Validation: both build configurations and crawler/download checks pass locally. Live testing confirmed Pages returns a 308 from /downloads to /downloads/; the new canonical and sitemap agree with that destination.
