cyberpunkunicorn-os 0.1.7: reset the field before selecting a card again - #21

Daniel's 0.1.5 logs (18:17 and 18:53): the tap found the card, then the write's own select a moment later found nothing and answered 'No card'. A card that just answered stays ACTIVE and ignores a new select. Every re-select (before the write, between write tries, the verify, the lock, a read that dropped) now goes through selectAgain(): InRelease, RF field off 10 ms and on again, then select, so the card powers up IDLE and answers. Daniel's 0.1.5 logs at 18:17Z and 18:53Z show the same pattern.
frequency.write_tagtapped and found the card. ThenwriteCard()'s ownselectCard()a moment later found nothing, and the board answeredwrite_failed: No card.A card that has just answered stays ACTIVE and ignores a new select. So the second select, made while the card was still awake from the first, came back empty.
Change
apps/frequency/card.cpp: addsselectAgain(). It sends InRelease (0x52) to drop the card, turns the RF field off for 10 ms and on again, then selects. The card powers up IDLE and answers.build.sh: OS_VERSION is now 0.1.7.Verification
