The exact committed operator SQL (258956ee13d656f2b67959fc9a4c3c15690dc3e6a1740d0ced9d2127e1e43cec) was executed once under Daniel’s explicit approval and must never be rerun. Its before/after receipt preserves other target columns and unrelated control rows while clearing only the stale root/crewvisibility restriction.Only the existing full ledger fragment changes: status, dated manual evidence and closure date. Original row fields and proposal history remain. No operator SQL, runtime source, tests, probes, migrations, base backlog or settings change.
Evidence and limits:
/crewrenders My Quest at 1280px with no horizontal overflow. No challenge/reward/session interaction was performed./sign-in?next=%2Fcrew; this is server admission proof, not a separate signed-out browser journey.Validation: reviewed one-file diff; full row survives the merged ledger loader; six source controls, static backlog (2,546 rows/two search probes, command probes skipped), one-list (82 documents) and whitespace checks pass. No new production operation was performed for this PR.
Release driver must verify exact required/full CI and CodeQL plus documented docs-only equivalence to the READY production code. Auto-merge remains off; root alone merges. Coordination update follows in #4306.
