What

New World stops borrowing the Services blocks for its Home page. It gets twenty of its own sections, drawn from the design system's site kit, and all seven kit Homes now use them in the design's order.

Why

This is the first half of Daniel's "full design evolution and polish pass for New World". The Home page was a Services page in New World colours. Now it follows the handoff (Web Theme.html, ui_kits/site): a split hero with the "doors open this week" card and the neighbourhood strip, a numbers band, the story, groups, a live calendar, first visit, reviews in the Day register, team, ways in, plans, live openings, gallery, notes, how a first time goes, where, ask, newsletter, live questions, tools and the closer.

How to review (owner)

1. Wait for CI to go green.
2. On the Vercel Preview, start a Space from any New World kit and open Home:
   • The top matches the design: the big sentence-case headline with the italic line, a photo with the session card over it, and the scrolling neighbourhood strip.
   • Change the accent. The glow, buttons and italic lines follow it.
3. If it looks right, hand it to the merge driver.

Copy choices: no invented numbers or claims, review cards are prompts to write a real quote, team frames stay empty so no stranger appears as someone's host, and the Tools block drops the design's pricing line.

• eslint on every changed file
• vitest: lib/page-editor, lib/sites/kits, lib/sites/editor, components/sites, lib/theme/new-world (736 passed)
• check:adoption, tokens, theme-conformance, blocks, contrast, client-boundary, backlog, one-list, render-path
• Rendered at 390, 1280, 1440, 1920 and 2000 with no sideways scroll; compared against the design's Home at 1440
• Checked the Vercel preview

check:design-system fails the same way on main (missing new-world-effects-css.ts and new-world-chrome.tsx targets); this PR does not change that output.

Notes / follow-ups

• Closes LIVE-2055 by fragment. LIVE-2056 (Ways in, Our story and Book pages on New World blocks) is the next PR.
• Theme fence: every rule is under [data-house-theme="new-world"], so nothing reaches member or admin areas.
