Description
I aggregated the FAQs in one page as per design.
I've left the previous pages where they were for SEO, easier maintenance of the answers and questions and backcompat.
Not very elegant architecturally, so if you'd prefer to remove them and set up redirects to the new page with

This PR doesn't nest FAQ inside Learn yet, as this should be done after we have the new Resources.
It also doesn't include the hero with the search bar as I need to figure out if the search there would be local or global, how would the search dialog look like and some other details. (It can't just filter questions on substrings because it's another section that takes a lot of space.)
