What this PR does
.content imgnow usesmax-width: var(--halo-cw-content-img-max-width, 100%)withheight: auto, so images resized (stretched) in the comment editor keep their aspect ratio, and the image width can be capped from outside through a CSS custom property, which inherits across the shadow boundary.Content.vue) sets--halo-cw-content-img-max-width: 50%, so images in Console comment management render at most half of the content width.
