This pull request implements an Agentic Self-Healing Cloud Platform for autonomous Kubernetes operations.
The system introduces a multi-agent architecture (OAPE: Observe–Analyze–Plan–Execute) that continuously monitors microservices, detects anomalies, performs AI-assisted root cause analysis, and executes remediation actions.
