   Review comments:

   • This issue doesn't involve code, so please remove the branch name.
   • The acceptance criteria don't match this issue, they look copied from [Issue]: Azure resources and first manual deployment #12/[Issue]: GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline #13 (deployment, Azure, PostgreSQL). Also, the current Scope reads more like acceptance criteria. Suggestion:
     • The app is registered in the Moisson Montréal Entra ID tenant
     • The IT team has approved the configuration
     • The client ID, tenant ID and setup steps are documented for the team
   • The back-end label doesn't fit since there's no code involved.
   • This issue blocks [Issue]: Validate Entra ID tokens in the API #8 and [Issue]: Entra ID sign-in in the desktop app #9, worth linking them as "blocked by".
