… and who posted it first
A literature note, partial. The earliest dated trace found is a blog post of 31 May 2019
(keep up with k.tap), which credits an Instagram post of Nazanin Mandi and gives the longer
form ("people romanticize their plans but dread the execution."). On X the line spread
unattributed from 2023 (Chris Williamson, 27 August 2023). The Instagram post itself was not
found, so the note says "posted by", not "said by".
Tested: tools/fabric notes-check (40 notes, all linked); tools/fabric cite-check; markdownlint
0 issues; the three web links answer 200.
