One pull request for the owner's requests of 18 October 2026.

What changes

  • Live links. Every failed live links run since 15 October 2026 (15 runs) failed on one link: planalto.gov.br does not answer outside Brazil. Its address is now code, beside the same law in the Câmara dos Deputados' collection. docs/4-ways-of-working/md-quality.md says why. No check was weakened.
  • Pirsig on science. Two new notes: a literature note on ZAMM chapter 10 ("The number of rational hypotheses that can explain any given phenomenon is infinite", p. 107), and a permanent note with the owner's position that open source comes first for science. One new essay: The hypotheses have no end, 2026. It has one [AUTHOR ANECDOTE] marker open.
  • ZAMM in the book.
    • The abstract names ZAMM in all four places: en, STE, pt-BR and the easy abstract.
    • Section 1 cites pirsig1974zen. It is partial in REFERENCES.md: the sentence and the page were read online, not in print.
    • STE100.md logs the pass.
  • ZAMM on Zenodo. .zenodo.json gets references with ISBN 0688002307, scheme isbn. tools/fabric citation now accepts ISBNs, with a test. Zenodo shows the tie only from the next release. RELATED_WORK.md lists it as waiting.
  • README in one screen, after ww3-gpu's. The first screen has these sections: in one minute, where to start, history and intent, the big references (ZAMM first), licence research, other works by the writer, the engineering loop. The rest is collapsed. The easy pt-BR version is now a badge and a row in "where to start". It was rewritten from the top and stamped.
  • Compound Engineering and Archify, as in ww3-gpu.
    • The plugin is pinned to compound-engineering-v3.30.3. Its config is .compound-engineering/config.yaml, and its plans and lessons go to docs/compound/.
    • Archify is the submodule vendor/archify at 2ab3cae. .claude/skills/archify is a link to it. It adds just archify and docs/archify/, with no drawings yet.
    • AGENTS.md gets a section on the compound loop. It also gets the vendored-skill exception, which the owner approved.
  • Ouroboric.
    • OUROBORIC.md and OUROBORIC_RESEARCH.md are read again from 13 public repositories. Eight are new and are added to tools/src/fabric/ouroboric.gleam.
    • AGENTS.md, SECURITY.md, TRADEMARKS.md and the copied docs/4-ways-of-working/ouroboric/ are pinned to the new commits.
    • ouroboric-dev/contact gives 404 now. ISSUE_LABELS.md says so.

Result of the last iteration

Check Result
just check pass, no pandoc warning
tools/fabric citation --check .zenodo.json valid, generated text current
scripts/md-quality.sh (offline) 0 link errors, 0 Vale errors
cd tools && gleam test 89 passed, no failures
scripts/essay-montaigne.sh on the new essay the countable rules hold; 1 marker open
just ouroboric-sources 13 of 13 unchanged
scripts/readme.sh --check lower case, easy version current (14 sections, 6 DOIs)

Not done, and for the owner

  • CITATION_SCORES.md still scores .github at b799793. just citation-board rescores it, and that changes the numbers, so it was left for a separate run.
  • OUROBORIC.md section 13 lists 16 open points upstream, for example a Ginnungagap design doc that is linked but absent.
  • The live-links run of this pull request is the proof of the link fix.

…nks; README in one screen; archify and compound; ouroboric refreshed

- Live links: every failed `live links` run since 15 October 2026 (15 runs) failed on
  planalto.gov.br, which does not answer outside Brazil. Its address is now code, beside the
  same law in the Câmara dos Deputados' collection; md-quality.md says why.
- Pirsig: a literature note (ZAMM, chapter 10: the rational hypotheses are infinite), a
  permanent note (the owner's position: open source first for science), and the essay
  "The hypotheses have no end, 2026" (one AUTHOR ANECDOTE marker open).
- The book: the abstract (en, STE, pt-BR, easy) names Pirsig's ZAMM; section 1 cites it
  (pirsig1974zen, partial in REFERENCES.md). .zenodo.json references ZAMM by ISBN 0688002307;
  `tools/fabric citation` now accepts scheme `isbn` (with a test). Zenodo shows it from the next
  release.
- README.md after ww3-gpu's: one screen (in one minute, where to start, history and intent, big
  references, licence research, other works, the engineering loop), the rest collapsed; the
  easy pt-BR version is a badge and rewritten from the top.
- Compound Engineering (EveryInc, MIT) enabled, pinned to compound-engineering-v3.30.3;
  Archify (tt-a1i, MIT) as the pinned submodule vendor/archify (2ab3cae), linked from
  .claude/skills/archify. AGENTS.md: the compound loop, and vendored skills as the one
  exception to "written here", approved by the owner on 18 October 2026.
- Ouroboric: OUROBORIC.md and OUROBORIC_RESEARCH.md read again from 13 public repositories on
  18 October 2026 (ouroboric 35e6d33, yggdrasil 2695b46, asgard 36b519e, .github 6380a2d,
  ouroboric-packages e76926b; new: odin 6829cfb, midgard-react d95a136, helheim-go 1a8c676,
  gleipnir f362ea2, havamal be69804, gungnir cb1dc0e, jormungandr 97ae1fd, mimir f8f2f6a);
  the eight new ones added to tools/src/fabric/ouroboric.gleam. AGENTS.md, SECURITY.md,
  TRADEMARKS.md and the copied docs/4-ways-of-working/ouroboric/ pinned to the new commits.

Tested: just check (no pandoc warning); tools/fabric citation --check; scripts/md-quality.sh
  offline (0 link errors, 0 Vale errors); gleam test 89 passed; essay-montaigne on the essay;
  just ouroboric-sources: 13 unchanged.
