docs: rename repository title to agent-dotfiles - #5

The GitHub repository was renamed from claude-dotfiles to agent-dotfiles; update the README heading to match. All scripts already derive paths from REPO_ROOT, so no other changes needed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
