[DirectVerbs] Remove all exp-verbs usage from all files except from mlx5-exp.*

Prerequisite:

• PR [DirectVerbs] Replace exp-verbs-related definitions in objs.hpp with gds_* definitions #101.

Problem:

• Exp verbs is being used throughout the project, which makes moving away from it difficult.

This PR:

• replaces all occurrences of IBV_EXP_* enum usage with GDS_* enum.
• removes include verbs_exp.h and peer_ops.h from all files except from mlx5-exp.*
• partially updates gdsync_debug_hostregister_bug.cpp. This file will likely be removed in the near future. It is not being compiled or used right now.

Presubmit testing:

• compiled and ran successfully on Summit.
