Remove the testing badge and introduce the project as Apache Doris with Docker Compose. Add the renamed clone URL, shorten the explanations, and make the setup, SQL examples, data lifecycle and optional cluster commands easier to follow.
README only. Checked all 15 Bash examples with
bash -n, verified local file links and reviewed the commands against the Compose files and scripts.
