Update Android Navigation SDK sample apps:

• Bump Navigation SDK to 8.0.0
• Bump AGP to 9.2.0
• Bump Gradle wrapper to 9.4.1
• Bump compileSdk and targetSdk to 37
• Remove deprecated package attributes in AndroidManifest.xml
• Align dependencies (AndroidX, Material 1.14.0, desugar_jdk_libs_nio 2.1.5, Cronet 143.7445.0)

Yes, confirmed! We tested both apps on the clean bump-navsdk-8.0.0 branch: first via the GitHub Actions CI runner (./gradlew build passed for both apps), and additionally by deploying clean builds to a physical Pixel 9 (API 37), verifying that NavViewActivity in navigation-sample and BasicMapDemoActivity in map-sample render maps, markers, and navigation UI with zero logcat errors or crashes.
