- Evaluate policy.is_cold() early in fastpath and pass down via template boolean IsCold.
- Disable prefetching natively in inline assembly for x86_64 and aarch64 architectures by passing IsCold directly as an immediate constraint and using GNU Assembler .if conditionals, skipping the load instruction completely.
- This change prevents slow TLB misses during layout of cold allocation partitions without penalizing or duplicating the branch for fastpath hot allocations.
