Fix incorrect offset values in the short codes example table.

The last row had 0.620 duplicated from the previous row, causing the remaining values to be shifted by one column.

The corrected values are:

  • Latitude offset: 8.565
  • Longitude offset: 17.590
  • Twice max offset: 35.180
