- Force eslint-plugin-n version to fix crash in ESLint 9.
- Downgrade strict lint rules (sort-imports, object-curly-spacing, prettier) to warnings.
- Disable incompatible n/* rules.
- Add overrides for .js files.
- Update project.json and tsconfig.json for Nx compatibility.
