Brings the docs up to date with what was measured on 2026-10-10.

Code that moved since the docs were written (against window v0.86.1)

  • window v0.87.0 (#139) added a browser-tab back-end. On js/wasm, an ordinary page gets a <canvas> (Config.Canvas, default "screen") through webcanvas; a wasmdesk worker gets wasmbox. Updated: the table on the native-window page, the browser page ("Or let window choose"), the surfaces table, the home page, and the modules page (eight back-ends).
  • Damage: the docs said only Cocoa, Win32 and wasmbox present the damaged rectangles. Measured in the code, every back-end does except GTK4, including X11 (MIT-SHM), Wayland (wl_shm damage) and Android.
  • Show/Hide/Raise: the browser tab answers ErrNotSupported, like GTK, Android and wasmbox.

Status page

  • What CI covers (the anchor #what-ci-does-not-cover-yet is kept): the five gaps are closed by bricolint#11, application#33, tray#41, mvvmlint#11 and mvvmtk#34. This also fixes my own error: tray had five OS/architecture pairs, not four.
  • New Security section:

Modules page: 17/17 libraries and tools cross-build on all six 64-bit Linux architectures, and 19/19 gate at 100% coverage.

⚠ Merge only after those five CI PRs. The status and modules pages describe the state they produce.

Translated in fr/es/de, with the English anchors kept. Build with --panicOnWarning: EN 108, FR 104, ES 106, DE 106 pages. lychee offline --include-fragments: 0 errors.

…osed, a security section

window v0.87.0 added a browser-tab back-end (#139): on js/wasm an ordinary
page gets a <canvas>, wasmdesk gets wasmbox. Damage is presented by X11
(MIT-SHM) and Wayland too, and Android; not by GTK4. The status page's five CI
gaps are closed by the PRs of 2026-10-10, and a security section says what
govulncheck, actionlint and wfaudit found. Translated in fr, es and de, with
the English anchors kept.

x/net v0.60.0 is required by every module (raised by hand where it was
indirect, which Renovate skips), a second govulncheck pass over the 19 finds
nothing, and 14 modules were released with versions gorelease derived. The
five it could not read are named, with why.
