v0.8.0: — fonts parsed once; Engine.FontFaces

Fonts are parsed once, not once per render (#​291).

• The bundled families are parsed once per process and shared by every render.
• @font-face files are parsed once per render instead of twice, and kept parsed across renders in a cache keyed by the SHA-256 of their bytes, bounded to 64 files / 32 MiB.
• New: Engine.FontFaces and ParseFontFace — typefaces the host installs for every render, like a browser's system fonts; a page's own @font-face for the family still wins.
• New: paint.Fonts.RegisterFont registers an already-parsed font.
• @font-face src and !important parsing no longer copy whole data: URIs to lowercase them.

A 1280×720 page carrying its face as a data: URI: 50–54 ms → 12–15 ms, 36.6 MB → 6.2 MB, 73,160 → 1,160 allocations per render.
