Add the GitHub mark to the navbar GitHub link - #8

Conversation
The navbar's GitHub link was text only. It now carries the GitHub mark in front of its label: the Octicons "mark-github" 16px icon from @primer/octicons v19.38.0 (MIT, GitHub Inc.), path copied verbatim from build/svg/mark-github-16.svg. The SVG is sized to 1em, fills with currentColor so it follows the link colour in light, dark and hover states, and is aria-hidden; the link keeps "GitHub" as its accessible name.
