playground: load the rbgo_core Ruby interpreter (99.9 MB -> 23.1 MB, 5.7 MB gzipped)

The Ruby tab's interpreter is now go-embedded-ruby v0.6.0 built with -tags rbgo_core (go-embedded-ruby/ruby#814). That build keeps the Ruby language and its numeric stack (NDArray, FFT, Complex, Rational, Set, BigDecimal, Matrix, …) and none of the ~160 gem bindings, which the playground never calls.

Changes:

• playground/rubywasm/go.mod: go-embedded-ruby v0.5.0 -> v0.6.0. go-ndarray is not touched.
• hugo.yml (deploy), playground.yml (proof) and browser_test.go's local fallback build add -tags rbgo_core.
• The progress bar needs no change: layouts/_default/playground.html reads the size from os.Stat at Hugo build time.
• The README gives the new sizes. The proof's timeout comment now says ~23 MB instead of ~100 MB.

Checked locally: TestRubyAgreesWithGo passes, with 111 Ruby programs run on the v0.6.0 core build under node.
