go-ndarray/ndarray v0.2.5 adds LASX kernels on loong64 (sum, dot, sqrt, elementwise, an 8x8 GEMM micro-kernel), used when the CPU reports LASX. List loong64 among the SIMD architectures, take it out of the pure-Go list, add the LASX 8x8 micro-kernel to the library blurb and bump the version label from v0.2.3 to v0.2.5.
