Fixed in commit fix: resolve goconst lint errors and deprecate gomodguard linter.

The new v2.12.2 linter flagged 9 goconst issues (repeated string literals that should be constants) and a deprecation warning for gomodguard. Changes:

• Extracted repeated path strings in checkout_pathspec_test.go into named constants
• Added gitConfigTrue = "true" constant in indexversion.go and used it across indexversion_test.go and config_test.go
• Added warnEnvVersionInvalid constant in indexversion_test.go and used it in both indexversion_test.go and add_test.go
• Disabled the deprecated gomodguard linter in .golangci.yaml (it's replaced by gomodguard_v2 which is already enabled via default: all)

make validate now passes with 0 lint issues.
