Add the TypeScript-compatible
prefer-const-valuesoption to TypeScript Zod. When enabled, single-value string enums generatez.literal(...)schemas instead ofz.enum(...).Related Issue

Motivation and Context
Single-value enums have a more precise and concise Zod representation. Matching TypeScript’s existing option provides that representation without changing the default generated output.
