Updates the docs-site Astro integration release train:
@astrojs/mdxto 8.0.1 and@astrojs/starlightto 0.42.0. Both remain compatible with the pinnedastro@7.3.2.@astrojs/mdxto 8.0.1 and@astrojs/starlightto 0.42.0 in docs-site #8429
