Ganymède is a companion application for the game Dofus, with more than 130,000 downloads, and our team created these guides from scratch as original editorial works (original text, structure, and organization).  
+As the [private] and rights holder of the application and one of the [private] of the written guides, authorized to act on behalf of the team, I own the copyright to this content under [private] and [private] copyright law ([private]), which grants automatic protection to original works without any registration requirement. No license or authorization to reproduce, extract, or redistribute this content was ever granted to the reported party.

+The original copyrighted work consists of the equipment and gameplay guides created by the Ganymède team for our companion application for the game Dofus. These are original editorial works: the written text, the explanations, and the way the content is structured, organized, and presented were all authored by our [private], and they go well beyond raw game data.  
+These guides are served through Ganymède's own API, which exists solely to power our official application. The reported party has built a third-party application that connects to our API and retrieves our guides in order to reproduce and redistribute them within its own app. This access and reuse were never authorized: we do not permit any third-party application to pull our guides through our API, nor to display or redistribute them. The purpose and function of the reported application is to reproduce our original copyrighted content without our consent.
