This adds
copilotAnnotationstocreateAssistantMessageEventoptions and preserves it asmessage.copilot_annotationson emitted assistant message events, allowing downstream session logging to receive annotation metadata fromcopilot-sdk. This is a type-only/event-shape change.Related PRs
