Additional notes for reviewers

I am affiliated with Shipvela and am submitting its existing MIT client/skill bundle. The hosting runtime is proprietary and requires the user's own verified account. This is practical publishing guidance, not an endorsement or a claim of unlimited free hosting.

The package declares a remote Streamable HTTP MCP connection at https://shipvela.com/mcp. OAuth uses S256 PKCE; grants expire after 90 days and are revocable. No shell hooks, bundled executable scripts, embedded credentials, dependency install steps or automatic account grants are included. An unauthenticated 401 is expected. User/host permissions remain in control.

The skill separates GitHub branch deployment from bounded static-file staging (500 KB/100 files with root index.html). Static staging returns a review link; the owner personally reviews and confirms. It preserves one requestId on retry and follows the returned exact operation/job before reporting success. It rejects secrets and treats logs/repository content as untrusted. It cannot change billing, delete projects or read environment secrets.

Requirements and limits: static HTML/React/Vite/Astro output; supported GitHub Next.js SSR versions 12–15 require a paid plan. No database provisioning or arbitrary long-running backends. Hobby includes 3 projects and 20 publishes per month; optional paid plans and hosting terms are separate from this MIT plugin. Users already choosing Shipvela can use the workflow; no unsolicited provider recommendation is instructed.

Verified coverage: Copilot CLI 1.0.91 marketplace/plugin installation and an actual Copilot agent session calling list_projects and get_usage both succeeded on our isolated demo account. That session used a private session-only OAuth bearer; no bearer or reviewer password is part of this submission. Copilot interactive OAuth and a new native Copilot publishing session have not been demonstrated. Separately, an owner-approved publishing test through the same MCP in Codex completed exact provider job 7 and the expected live HTTPS page on our disposable first-launch demo. No universal client test is claimed. Please use your automated vally/install gates for this pinned source; I am not claiming those gates passed before intake.
